Cathy was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, raised in Vancouver, British Columbia, and moved to NYC to pursue a modeling career in 1987. By the end of 1988 she had been photographed by Richard Avedon for the cover of American Vogue and the Most Unforgettable Women Revlon campaign.
Cathy has been featured in British, Italian, and Paris Vogues, Harper’s Bazaar, Cosmopolitan, Chatelaine, Elle, Glamour, Marie Claire, and Self. Her clients have included Bill Blass, Coach, Cover Girl, DKNY, Georges Marciano, Gucci, Guy Laroche, L’Oreal, Max Mara, Ralph Lauren, and Vichy. She has collaborated with many fashion photographers including Gilles Bensimon, David Bailey, Walter Chin, Patrick Demarchelier, Arthur Elgort, Neil Kirk, Sheila Metzner, Matthew Rolston, Peggy Sirota, Francesco Scavullo, Olivier Toscani, Albert Watson, and Bruce Weber.
In the late ’90’s she was an editor-at-large for ILook Magazine, a monthly Beijing/Shanghai fashion magazine.
After her first son was born, Cathy returned to university. In 2015 she graduated magna cum laude from NYU with a BA in Creative Writing and Literature. Her writing has been published in Canada, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, and the United States.
Cathy has been a member of the Society of American Travel Writers since 2019. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Friends of Duane Park – the oldest public park in NYC (226 years), and the Whistler Library Board of Trustees.
Hannah Ferguson born and raised on a farm in San Angelo, Texas, had big aspirations from a very young age. Upon graduating high school Hannah transplanted herself to the Big Apple to pursue a career in modeling and took the fashion world by storm.
For over a decade Ferguson traveled from New York City, London, Milan, and Paris to walk in numerous fashion shows including Chanel, Chloé, Marc Jacobs, Dolce & Gabbana, Max Mara, Moschino, Tommy Hilfiger, and Jeremy Scott.
Hannah has been captured by the lenses of the iconic photographers Mario Testino, Steven Meisel, Patrick Demarchelier, Arthur Elgort, Hans Feurer, Nick Knight, Steven Klein, Karl Lagerfeld, and Bruce Weber. She has graced the covers and been featured in magazine editorials for Vogue, Elle, Harper’s Bazaar, V Magazine, ID Magazine, Vanity Fair, GQ, Numéro, and Marie Claire. She was featured in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition four consecutive years. Her campaigns include Chloé, Marc Jacobs Beauty, Jimmy Choo Fragrance, Chanel Men’s Fragrance, Missoni, Tommy Hilfiger, and Victoria’s Secret.
Philanthropy has always been a driving passion for Ferguson as she has actively volunteered and advocated for All Hands And Hearts Foundation, LEAD Edu, and Movement On The Ground.
Ciarra Pardo is a creative visionary for the Music, Entertainment, and Global Fashion Industries. She held Creative Director positions for Geffen Records and Island Def Jam before launching production company Les Enfants Terribles with partner & Director Anthony Mandler, collaborating with Jay-Z, Eminem, David Beckham, Snoop Dogg, The Killers, Usher, and Rihanna, as well as the brands Armani, MAC Cosmetics, Gucci, Cover Girl, Rhapsody, Motorola, and Nivea among others.
After ten years as Rihanna’s Creative Director, she co-founded and built as Chief Creative officer, Fenty Corp, Rihanna’s multi-billion fashion and beauty conglomerate, launching Fenty Puma, Fenty Beauty, Fenty Fragrance, Savage X Fenty, Fenty X LVMH, Fenty X Dior, Fenty X Manolo Blahnik and partnerships with Sephora, Kendo, TechStyle, Samsung and more. She creative directed culture-shifting fashion shows for Puma and Savage X Fenty.
Ciarra led the creative on world stadium tours for Rihanna, as well the Rihanna and Eminem monster tour, and produced numerous award-winning videos, shorts and documentaries/specials (2x Grammy nominated). She directed 100’s of editorial covers for Complex, Rolling Stone, Vogue, W, Harper’s Bazaar, Another, Vanity Fair, Vogue Paris, and British Vogue.
Currently, Ciarra sits on the board for UGAA and American Express Sound.
Born in Morocco, raised in the Netherlands, and residing in LA, Imad is a Civil Engineer turned global community builder and philanthropist.
Izemrane has made his mark in architecture, real estate, global business, and media. From working at NACO, redesigning and developing Amsterdam Airport and King Abdullah Aziz International Airport in Jeddah, to overseeing the construction of the King’s Tunnel in The Hague with Ballast-Nedam, Izemrane can envision and execute intelligent design.
Following his career in civil engineering, Izemrane moved into media and created and executive produced Model Masters, Holland’s Next Top Model, with RTL Networks, CBS, and Endemol Productions. As a successful international entrepreneur, he ran Elite Model Management, one of the largest talent representation firms in the world, and then co-founded Spring Place, the luxurious, collaborative, and contemporary workspace and membership club with facilities in New York and Los Angeles with Riyadh/Saudi Arabia, and Milan underway. Izemrane also Co-Founded Spring Labs, an incubator and investment vehicle with interests in The RealReal, Class Pass, Hint Water, Aquis, Fleur du Mal, and Innovation Dept.
Outside of business, Izemrane is a passionate humanitarian and is dedicated to the education of underprivileged children. Izemrane is a founding board member of LEAD Edu, a global nonprofit that empowers youth through quality education and sports academies.
Keith Abell has 40 years experience in international finance, real estate and media. After graduating with a BA from Brown, an MBA from Wharton, and an MA from University of Pennsylvania, he became a pioneer in cross-border private equity and M&A, first as a Vice-President at Goldman Sachs, and later as a Managing Director at Blackstone, where he founded Blackstone’s Hong Kong office. Subsequently, he founded and was Vice-Chairman of GSC Group, which grew during his tenure into a $20 billion alternative investment manager.
Mr. Abell co-founded and served as Co-Chairman of a China real estate development fund in partnership with Tishman Speyer, and co-founded Sungate Properties, which led Chinese investments in US real estate, including major stakes in the iconic GM Building and Park Avenue Plaza in NYC.
Mr. Abell was a principal of an independent film company which produced Academy Award winner Slingblade, Academy Award nominee You Can Count on Me, Cannes winner Henry Fool, among many other films. He also served as Chairman of the publisher of Worth magazine in the US, and the publisher of Time Out Beijing, Time Out Shanghai, and ILook in China.
Mr. Abell has served on the Boards of Directors of numerous public and private companies and non-profit organizations. He currently serves on the Boards of NYSE-listed E2Open and CC Neuberger Principal Holdings III, and is a Director and Treasurer of the National Committee on US-China Relations.
